See what it’s like to live the life of a Disney entertainment professional!
Here at Disney Imagination Campus, our Performing Arts curriculum and performance opportunities let participants experience first-hand what it’s like to be a Disney entertainment professional. Blending a broad range of disciplines from live theatre to dance, vocal, and instrumental music, there is truly something for everyone.
Whether performing on a Disney Parks stage for a live audience or taking part in one of our engaging instructional workshops, participants will be treated as working professionals. They’ll have the rare opportunity to hone their craft while learning from real working artists in the industry, both at Disney and beyond. Students will also have the invaluable experience of practicing, learning, and performing in unfamiliar settings and in front of new faces. This refreshing break from the normal routine provides exposure to other perspectives while serving as a positive and empowering reminder that when it comes to working in entertainment, one must expect the unexpected! We hope to inspire performers with a glimpse of how far they can go – while creating magical memories and learning valuable lessons that will last a lifetime.

● Soundtrack Sessions: Instrumental Workshop
Experience the excitement, focus and fast-paced energy of a professional recording studio environment. During this performing arts workshop featuring group singing lessons and vocal training, young singers will sight-read music and work directly with industry professionals as well as other student singers to create a truly magical ensemble piece.
● Dance Disney Workshop
During this workshop, professionals from Disney Live Entertainment will teach choreography and staging techniques from one of the many shows performed at Disney Parks across the world. Through this process participants will learn choreography, as well as the performance elements that elevate their movement to a uniquely Disney level of storytelling. There will also be an invaluable opportunity to talk with industry veterans about the audition process, get career advice, and more.
● Disney Broadway Magic Workshop
In the Disney Broadway Magic workshop, students gain an understanding of the fundamentals of musical theatre through participation—including breath control, diction and character development.
Industry professionals will lead students in fast-paced rehearsals of a scene from one of Disney’s world-famous shows, culminating in a show-stopping final performance!
The Disney Broadway Magic workshop also offers students critical insights into audition techniques, the importance of every role in a production and how to overcome unexpected obstacles during performances.
